How we deliver change

We deliver change by using lived experience to raise awareness, drive engagement, and develop accessible support services.

Making a difference…

If it wasn’t for the Lad’s Den, I can say for certainty, I wouldn’t be here today.

Thank you for attending our lunch and learn session. You have certainly given us all food for thought, and how we can support each other and keep this topic front and centre in the workplace.

You have made me feel that I am not alone, and that it’s normal to have these feelings.

Our Resources and Support

We know how overwhelming it can be seeking support for yourself, a friend or a loved one. We are here to assist you through that journey.

Future Vision

Over the next 3-5 years we are developing a longer-term strategy to ensure we embed mental fitness and wellbeing into everyday conversations, so it becomes the ‘norm’, and not a separate subject.

We need your support

As a charity, we rely on donations to help fund our activities. You can support us by giving a small donation on our JustGiving page.
